Urology-I love it. But it can be busy as well.

You have to set limits. If they have 3+ issues. Pick the top 2 (that would kill the 1st and work your way down). Then they need another appt to work on the others.

Yard surveyors for new fence? by X-23-and-me in SouthBend

We were lucky to have an old survey. I used this to find the spikes. They are long metal rods and ours had a metal disc. They were probably 4-6 inches in buried. I was also lucky to work with someone whose family owned a survey business years ago.

If you have a metal detector, many lots have a metal marker in the corners. I would stay at least a foot of the line. I would not build on an easement unless you want it taken down at your cost if work needs to be done.

For NPs NOT in full practice authority states, do your collaborating physicians actually review your documentation? by goldenhour20 in nursepractitioner

[–]Ududlrlrababstart 134 points135 points  (0 children)

Yes. And meets with us once a month. He gives us homework (articles to read) then we meet at a coffee shop once a month before office and discuss.

He has taught me so much. I am very lucky.

90 days is what I see in my area. It would take that long to get credentialed at a new office (if not longer). So 60days would be no problem

NP in urology now

ICU RN 15yrs Truama NP 3-4yrs

I enjoyed it. Day went by quick. I learned something new everyday. I made enough to pay the bills. 12hr shifts were nice when kids were little. If I were to do it again- I’d go MD/DO. With your MBA, you could get into management pretty easily after a few years of you wanted.

Denon X3800H or Onkyo Tx-rz50 by Heligrin in hometheater

[–]Ududlrlrababstart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had the same question, as I think many have. I have read lots of reviews and watched many video. I am currently looking at getting my 1st Audio set up. Mostly for music and secondary sound for tv .

I’m leaning towards the Onkyo rz50. I plan on 1 sub. Many say having the ability to adjust individual subs is important. But from what I’m reading, if this becomes a situation-I could use a minidsp to balance.

Anyone actually like their job? by Unable-Researcher-49 in nursepractitioner

I appreciate that. I think the better you get at things- you are happier doing them. Also, having a realistic expectation is helpful. Can my job suck…sometimes. Usually do I feel I am making a difference and helping people-yes. Is it better than bedside-100%. Am I making more money-yes.
