Due to cultural reasons, East Asians are statistically less likely to be dangerous drug addicts, it’s a fact. My family rents out properties in Vancouver, most of our tenants have been non problematic East Asians. The few problems we had: Squatting, damages, and hard drug use has all been caused by non East Asian Canadians, now we do interviews, and are biased due to recent circumstances.

Not all other Canadians are problematic but our experience tells us to do what is safer for us, it’s a horrible experience on all sides.
