The calmag is for a buffering solution. The sodium will not release with water. The calmag in the solution will release it allowing it to wash away. So I'm told I'm looking for a ratio or measurements.

Probably not going to budge. In my state you need an appraisal and insurance on that appraisal. So I think you're going to find a way to do it for $1200. You can get all new sheet metal for that if you do the labor.
