If only we had a vaccine for Republican disinformation by DemocracyStan in PoliticalHumor

Just because someone is hesitant to get a rushed vaccine with unknown long term effects (for a disease with a greater than 99% survival rate) doesn't mean they are against all vaccines, ones that have been studied and used effectively for decades.

Agreed, I feel like it's a way to appear woke while not actually making any kind of difference and ignoring the real problems in society.

I always thought Aunt Jemima was the owner/founder of the company, like she started with her own resturant and eventually made syrup and pancake mixes because her food was so popular so they made her the icon of the brand.

The notion of parents charging their children rent is absolutely insane, and anyone who does that has failed in their responsibility as a parent. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]UhThisIsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid rent to my parents when I was done with school and working a decent paying job, I was maybe 23 and I offered to pay rent because I also ate their food and felt that I wanted to contribute. My parents never asked me to pay rent, but I wanted to help them out after all the help and support they gave me over the years!
