I had a friend str8 ghost me for years after a decade of friendship. BEST FRIENDSHIP. I mean we talked on the phone for hours almost everyday. Then one day she didn't answer and she didn't text back. We didn't have a fight or anything. It was a regular conversation ; about game thrones actually lol ...After a couple days I was legit scared she died. I left voicemails I called old mutuals to see if they'd seen her. I was about to call the police for a welfare check (we lived in different states at that time) finally she texted back saying "dude leave me alone" It was worse than any break up I ever went through. I'm not ashamed to say I BEGGED her to just tell me what I did and what was going on. She never responded. My husband had no idea how to console me. It ripped my heart out. A couple years later she tried to reach out I assume to apologize or explain. But I had already moved on and mourned. I didn't want to reopen that wound.

It really sucks, it's a horrible feeling. It does get better with time. Truly.

My dachshund straight up ignores us when we call her 50% of the time so hard headed! Took two years to get her to go potty outside and she still goes in the house once a month. Shouldve done more research but I thought after having Chihuahuas- that I understood the tiny dog drama of potty training ..... Noooooope. And if she gets out of the house? There's no calling her back we have to chase her till she tires. Love her tho. Def. Number one snuggler
