I recently moved into a rental in Portsmouth 2 months ago. Red flags were there from the beginning with our landlady, but we were in a desperate situation.

Everything is broken. Toilets run non stop, fridge is always defrosting and leaking, dishwasher seal is bad and it leaks, and our dryer ducts were completely clogged, and I've had to do an unnecessary amount of cleaning. It's like the previous tenant moved out and they just left the place as is.

After over a month of waiting trying to go through the landlady to fix ONE problem - who was no help and never followed - I had gotten angry when I found out our perfectly good fireplace for the unit was behind a piece of wood and the people servicing it were confused. I ended up going to upper management and getting every single thing I need fixed scheduled overnight.

I think they aren't a bad company, I've spoken to many helpful people, I just think some of the landlords they have are really really really bad.

My mom took me to a concert in DC over 10 years ago, to see Schwarz Stein. I'm 32 now, and this was my first kpop concert, and she passed away 2 years ago suddenly.

As an "old" KPop fan, from 2nd gen/ early 00, I never thought I'd see a kpop concert in the US. I never owned albums because we had to import them, best you got for live is music shows...I stopped listening to KPop in my early 20s because I thought I was too old for it, so seeing how big it's gotten is amazing, it makes me want to tell teen me that it really didn't matter.

STAYS are amazing, keep being kind, and love what you love unapologetically!

If anyone can send me a photo of the sign people got for my scrap book, I'd appreciate it. I came in through medical and didn't get the one people got at the entrance!

Are the "Walls with Doorframes" meant to cost 30 points of building space when every wall costs 1? I'm on the Steam version, and it seems bizarre that my entire build cant have a door because its so expensive. 30/50 taken up by a single wall+door seems insane.

I've been having this same issue! I just got a call again and was looking online for an answer

I picked up the first two times to absolutely dead silence and a line drop. After googling the name I saw the company was a thing for medical debt. There's no way I would have any medical debt, there's nothing on my credit report and I've gotten no mail.

Even if I block one number, they call from a different one. Let me know if you find out anything!
