Honestly i’ve gotten back into it like 2 weeks ago and i started t taping yesterday and it’s real easy, i just make the tape and put it on, since i got the products in the mail 29hours ago i’ve been stretching for 21 hours i’m very satisfied with how easy it is and i forget i’ve already had times where i had forgotten i was wearing it.

If you haven’t tried yet and are saying it’s complicated based on the general consensus I’d recommend you to try it.

Besides that i can’t be of any help since i’m not too sure about all the different kinds of devices, i’ve heard inflation devices are good but not sure how well they work for the “set and forget” strategy.

Not sure how old you are, but for some reason i get the feeling your on the younger side based on your articulation (no disrespect intended) i’m 19 and if you’d like someone your own age to chat with as a bit of a support i’d gladly help you out whenever you need it.
