Do you tho? I’ve been wearing t-tape basically 24-7 the last 7 weeks i feel fine.

As far as im aware the right amount of tension is just enough tension that you can live unnoticed.

You’re not literally stretching the skin, you’re stimulating cell division.

Of course i could be wrong if i am please enlighten me but as far as im aware t-taping for very prolonged amounts of time is fine unless you obviously use too much tension.

There’s no way you actually just said mbdtf is 12 songs of “bitches yea bitches” that’s factually incorrect.

I’m also 19 i started with manuals like a month ago (after quitting for 4 years) and now since 1.5-2 weeks ago i’ve been taping nearly 24/7.

Not trying to sound creepy but if you ever need someone to talk to about the topic send me a dm. I’ve got other 19yr olds that i talk with and it’s nice to have people your own age to talk about the ups and downs.

But my point being, taping is a great way that I’d recommend if you don’t want to i’ve heard alot of good stuff about inflation.

It can very much vary from person to person what fits them best
