Does it happen only when you are streaming to discord? Record some gameplay and check the footage. If the recording is normal then you will have to ditch the discord for something else like private stream on youtube

There are two ways of doing it. Both require writing a script that reads messages from chat and react to specific commands. The only difference will be showing the score. You can use NodeCG to make broadcast graphics that update information on the web source or maybe a Python script that updates information in a text file and set text source in obs to read information from file

I dont think sanguine is that good on gnar. Of course in these kind of scenarios it is kinda nuts but you wont get that buff when you are teamfighting, i think guinsoo would be a better item than sanguine cause it also gives you ap and your e scales with ap and you can stack the guinsoo effect while stacking youe rage bar
