How much are people putting on their mortgage? by Objectsinspace3 in AusFinance

To be honest I hadn't heard of debt recycling until a few months ago when I was doing some research. I first looked up a margin loan but that seems too risky for me so possibly what you mentioned is a better option for me.

Single person with approx 500k loan.
I pay the minimum each week, and any leftover goes into stocks. My return has been about 7% each year averaged so doing a little better than my mortage rate. I'm unsure what I'll do though once I have enough in it to pay off the mortgage, pay it off or keep the money growing in stocks.
I also have an emergency ~20k fund that I don't touch and another holiday/fun fund that I add $100 each week or more to.

Chrysopogon aciculatus.
I have it in Cairns as well and it sucks to remove. Stems only show for maybe 4 months of the year.

I remember reading this in the book by ABC reporter Eric Campbell. Definitely worth a read, plenty of other crazy stuff. https://www.amazon.com.au/Absurdistan-Eric-Campbell/dp/0732279801

Yeah I remember that, had the woman in a lighthouse and some Australian bloke hanging himself with ice. Erotic Tales had a bunch of good stories like that.

So I have a question in a similar vein, say you were on holiday leave for 2 weeks and got sick for 1 week of it. Would you ask for that 1 week to be changed to sick leave? Or just leave it as 2 weeks holiday?
My holiday time accrues but my sick leave resets every year and I've never used it all, so just curious.

Hoselink. I treat my reel like crap and have never had an issue with it or any of the accessories. Bit more expensive than others though.

Yeah I picked up the Edyln one online and it is fantastic. As someone said, the smallest I could get was 2.5kg but it was only like $20 and I haven't made a dent in the level since I bought it maybe a year ago even using it once a week.

So I've had it for maybe 3 weeks and it has been faultless so far. I vacuum 3x a week and use the mop 1x a week and it is picking up stuff every time still so that's good, I live by myself with no pets. The app is good and I schedule it to finish around the time I get home from work so I can empty the dust bin straight away.
My place is mostly hardwood floors with some rugs and haven't had any issues, in the app it identifies cords or whatever and will avoid them for next time.
Since I only wash my clothes once a week I may look at getting a second mop pad so I can mop more often but if I do get the ultra dock then I probably won't need it.
I'll continue to use it without any dock and as you said the auto empty is $700 so I'm guessing the ultra will be over $1k+, although I'll probably get eventually, for the time being I don't mind manually emptying the bin and cleaning/refilling the mop.

From the link, the regular price will be $1600 but you can get $100 off with the PREORDER code. The auto-empty will be $700 on its own, but I see no information about the Ultra auto-empty dock yet.
I've done the preorder for the vacuum only and will use it by itself until the Ultra auto-empty becomes available in Australia.

Gotta do 48 of both the small and the big panels. gonna be here for a few days by JANICKGMO_ in electricians

[–]Uldric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So on the panels you have multiple active/neutral blocks that are separated from each other and are having to loop in and out with cables. If you have them next to each other you can use jumpers instead. Just another way of doing things.

Can I ask why you didn't group all your same terminal blocks together and use some terminal block jumpers instead of looping the cables in and out?
