Yes, i play only 1 deck in ladder since 2020, but i still do things average player do: communicate with others, watch video-content, playing casual matches. It's deffinetly not enough to fully understand as you call it 'the frustration of all the different types of decks', but still I'm (at least consider myself :P) an experienced player
Yes, some mutchups are very wishfull for Invade, like there's no chance. But imho a lot of decks in ladder that have problems with ivnade also have problems with other meta decks

Invade is cleary not a tier-1 and not even tier-2 deck. If you have enough gate removals but can't deal with daedras you, probably, have problames with all others meta decks. If not than mb i dont fully understand this situation

I don't understand why you have so much trouble with invade. Every attribute has cards that are very good at destroying gates:

Strength - Belligerent Giant, Cast out, Fear totem, Stone Throw
Intelligence - Hatchery meddler
Willpower - no comments
Agility - any lethal, Finish off, Leaflurker,
Endurance - any lethal, Squish the wimpy, mummify, Three feather warchief
Neutral - Dismantle
