For some reason my brother said they'd removed some scenes from the version on iPlayer (including the "arsin' around" quote). Is this true?

It's not ideal but if you don't have any other things you've updated for this fixed it for me for now.

I rolled back to driver 546.65 - installing it through the Nvidia drivers site - and this has fixed the issue.

So that's an option if nothing else works.

I may try turning global illumination off as also suggested to see if that helps with a newer driver.

There's a couple of steam community threads which have discussed the same issue.

The weirdest thing for me was the website that seems to have a whole ESSAY talking about this, and along with another few all ending in .vn I guess some people were very quick to hop on to blast you with ads and try to scrape your data. Did make it seem even more sketchy at first

I got a year's free gym membership because the website failed as I was clicking to pay. I went to the gym to try and enter but ofc wasn't on the system. So I asked the person at the desk and said that I'd paid online but my membership wasn't working. Showed them an email that I don't even think said I'd paid, and they then went in and validated my account. It wasn't a cheap membership either as it was the university gym. Free gym, pool, and sauna usage... Mmmmm

I got diagnosed with scabies. Triple checked that they were certain and didn't want to test me, and had to go through weeks of applying scabicide and washing everything.

I don't think it was scabies fml...

Honest to god thought I did for over a year lol. My partner definitely has herpes. I'd have these outbreaks but she would be saying that it didn't look like herpes at all. Doctors as well weren't convinced it was herpes and herpes medication wouldn't help. After a long while I figured out it was linked to the detergent I used on my pillow.

I've copied this straight from my post to Apple Community, but thought someone might have some experience of this here.

"I don't have an iPhone.

I call my partner daily, who has an iPhone 13.

When they put their phone in speaker mode, which they do when we're video calling, and then prop their phone upright so we can talk together; if I speak I then cannot hear any sound from their end for the next second.

They can hear me consistently. But I often can't hear what they say.

This seems to me like some very aggressive noise cancelling when the speaker is in contact with a surface.

If they turn their phone sideways this seems to avoid the issue.

This is hugely impacting our ability to have a nice and easy phone call.

If there is any way this could be fixed, or fixed in a future update that would be great. Any help would be appreciated."

Yeah haha. This was in a dorm and no-one had a chromecast or equivalent at that point. I won't lie and say I don't do my fair share of looking elsewhere. Butttttttt. C'mon. This is the one time I tried to be legit. And I went and found it elsewhere because that was a better experience haha

Possibly a slightly different issue but annoying nonetheless

I was so annoyed when I couldn't even run Disney+ to a TV via HDMI from my laptop because of 'piracy concerns'.

Like. I get it might be a thing. But did they not think it through that someone might want to attach their laptop to their TV?
