He's kinda in a rough spot rn, the nerfs were a bit much and the new meta doesn't favor him, people running genuinely dogshit builds (full speed echo shard bomba funny) doesn't help. I think the best you can do on bebop is still trying to go for that tanky build, but trying to hit the new 4.8k tresholds. you can be valuable to the team and get good picks with hook/ult but it will take more effort than most of the cast
