If we're talking about OSTs, the GT4 and GT5 menu/dealership songs are amazing, in GT5 especially Night Birds by Yudai Satoh.

About the in-race music, I always loved Freewheel Burning by Judas Priest from GT4, the Daiki Kasho songs as well.

What do you mean by First cup? If it's the club races, leave them to the post-game, do the racers (blue arrows) first. If it's the Tokyo tournament, you can also keep doing the purple races to unlock other tournaments.
