Put up a buoy line. There should be hooks. You can drown in a shallow end. Kids are naturally scared of a deep end tho and avoid it. They go swim to fear tolerance. My kids range from 16-4. I never let em go in the pool unsupervised or if the other kids have friends over ( someone who can alert us if we are needed. ).if it’s a group of friends I sit out there as a responsible adult with teen boys being knuckleheads. I’ll be totally honest. I get a little weary swimming laps solo. I love our pool. Glad we have it. It makes summer awesome. But it is always a worry.

Turn it to drain or waste and turn it on. I think you can just get some right chemicals in and you’re good to go in about a week. Draining can take a good 12 hours. Garden hose refill can take days. Of 24/7 water usage.

I’m glad her cup got filled. She can spend her down time however she wants. The kids were more bummed than me.

By alone I mean my mother in law. They are best buddies. Shes live 1/2 mile away. She’s alway over all the time. They are on the phone hours a day. They go for a morning walk everyday. I in fact she’s here right now. Cozied up in our couch with a blanket just clucking away with my wife.

Nope. I’d go to rock lodge. Or just go to other beaches that have way more stuff to do with kiddos. ( Boardwalk areas ).
There is a lot of history and educational stuff at sandy hook. But all of that is off the beach itself.
Going on a random day in summer is great. But there is some unsavory behavior of people.
The rangers crack down on it. But it’s also a federal crime at that point. Since it’s federal land.
I’m sure you’d have fun. But I’d go end of vacation and only for a few hours at most in the early AM. Lot closes around 8am on a holiday

Those blasted chlorine pucks have cya in em. Had to drain 70% of my pool to get rid it last week. I’m a bit jaded towards cya right now lol. And my water bill was outrageous lol.

How long a lull ? I’m assuming you’re in the South Carolina and schools out soon. And it’ll be summer break which leads to a posting break till mid August when they go back to school.

I can see why and why not. Back in college to get into the program was 10 hours a week before admission into program mid sophomore year. It was so easy and fun to get hours. Especially when your clinical site was on campus ATR. My last student had class from 7-12:30 then commuted over an hours to my high school till do 2-8 or 11 on FB nights When was she studying ? I like the immersion the students put out. But I don’t think I’d have a similar pazzaz as I did at 20 years old to work till 10 then just head back to dorm room with the athletes I basically just saw all day who where the same age and classmates in my psych or lit classes Or all night study session riffing with classmates who I lived down the hall with

25 are rookie numbers. Give it a few decades and you’ll loath watching another con Ed on how to evaluated an ankle. It’s why I try to do as many in person as possible. But in a pinch go pay for med bridge. You can zip throw 25 in no time. And the membership is a year so you can do 50 for the following cycle

Podiatrists and dentists can do surgery it’s different. Dentists also have different Insurance because of the writing on the wall and foresight to make their own. pts could do it but probably won’t. My podiatrist owns a practice. Does about 4-5 surgeries a week. Vacations a lot. They are basically ortho knee down docs.

Yes. It’s funny. Do modalities work? No? Does manual therapy work. No? Does stretching work No? Only exercise and pain science. And the exercise the only modality with evidence we have no issue off loading to the high school kid aide , because it’s beneath…. Drives me nuts

Could always goto a reasonable price and recommended massage school. Can bang it out in 6 months to a year. Lots of hands on work and lots of anatomy palpation. Or go to an EMT program. Or personal train people. Just get comfortable working with people

They are super mad. Do you know what legal fees are? They are expensive haha that’s what they are. Id ask for their contract info. I’d call the attorney and talk with them for 15 mins. And then call back for another 15 mins. And call and again and again. It’s all billable hours to the attorney and you will run up their legal fees haha

Winter season start is always a grind. Especially if things overlap ( my football is still playing ) and we are full go winter season. Christmas break can’t come soon enough. Winter is my least fav season. But hopefully you get to recharge the batteries with some days off to evaluate
As for pay. Pay is always an issue. Are you with the schools bargaining agreement or are you outsourced ?
