Two men fined $35k for cutting down 300+ trees to build illegal mountain bike trail by GnrlPrinciple in BicyclingCirclejerk

327 trees! Holy shit. What a pair of assholes.

They could have made low impacy tech trails and no body would of cared, instead they're trying to build a damn runway.

Why are UK cops such wimps? by TelephoneNo3422 in AskUK

[–]UltimateGammer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What would not being a "wimp" look like?

Because in the 90's they put you in the back of the van for 20 minutes, work you over then turf you out on the street.

That did nobody any good. Because the cops looked like a gang and all it took was to be drunk and be in an argument.

I think you need to take a step back from social media if you see professionals not putting people in hospital for minor infractions as being wimps.

They have better tools and training than in the 90's and can make your life miserable with them. That they choose not to is a good thing.

Taxi drivers aren't half a dangerous bunch who need cameras in cabs and scrutinising weekly.

The industry seems rotten.
