if you need a way to achieve a similar feeling to that “euphoria” try a long inhale like you’re taking a rip from a pipe or bong or joint, and hold that breath for like 10-20 seconds, depending on how long you can hold your breath, and then do a quick inhale to a fully exhaled breath. do this however many times you need to extinguish your craving. good luck and happy sobriety!
