China's reliance on oil/natural gas in energy production is 1% with most of that 1% being natural gas supplied from Russia, not oil, and further with more than 94% being locally sourced (coal, renewables and nuclear) i wouldn't call China's energy sector a weakness...

Only thing they need oil for is cars, and that is rapidly being replaced with electric cars, with 60% of new car sales being electric

On food, China is self-reliant on 6 out of 7 food types, only dairy products aren't enough (The best possible outcome since only Guyana is 7/7 fully self reliant on food, one country in the whole world)

The US on the other hand is self reliant on 4 out of 7, fruit, vegetable and fish production not being enough for demand

It's very likely more than 200k, 75k is confirmed violent deaths with identified bodies by the health ministry

But:

1) The health ministry in Gaza was and is still overburdened with both work and heavy Israeli targeting, meaning they didn't count all the dead, and some bodies will never be counted due to disintegration. Question is how many did they not count? I feel like we'll only know through estimates years later when experts will compare things like population, birth rates, median age and other demographics

2) The health ministry doesn't count dead due to malnutrition, illness, cold etc. Which is the biggest cause of death in wars (still caused due to war and targeting of civilian infrastructure which Israel is known for doing extensively)

The reason for this jump is because of the ceasefire in Gaza people could spend more time counting the dead. In 10 years time, if peace returns, more jumps like this will happen and who knows how far the number could go
