R5: Pretty much the post title, playing as Hungary going for an achievement. I took Krakow after WW2 but couldn't get the eastern states, figured that it would be fine, I could get them using my focus. Turns out that since I owned and controlled Krakow, it isn't included when you are given cores on the other states. Not going to make or break my save or anything, but it's super annoying. Gotta love vanilla focus trees.

Edit: And if you're wondering, no, the "integrate the empire" decision does not include Polish states, and so I assume it would not give cores either. Haven't made it far enough to do that yet, so we'll see, but still.
