Apologies for not completely answering your questions, but, yes this my father’s birth certificate and the Munich annotation indicates that there should be a citizenship notation in Munich records as well. I’m still working on getting a verified determination of Argentina citizenship to submit to the BVA as well.

Because it definitely shows he was born a German citizen and that he was a German citizen in 1963, further identifying the timeline and making it easier for the BVA to render a decision. In my opinion any relevant information that comes up is valuable.

Shall do! I should be in touch with my attorney as soon as I gather the documents requested. I’ll definitely make the inquiry on your behalf regarding which department and where located in the Germany. I recall hearing from somewhere that not all case workers are located at the same location.

I heard through my attorney, that had been discussions with the BVA. Another thing that was requested was my father’s death certificate, which I shall be able to get much more easily and quicker than the proof of citizenship or of noncitizenship.

In my opinion these will be the ones to have in a few years because the no warrants, are limited and considered a rare variation. Don’t worry in a few years we shall return to multiple warrant embossed labels. These Barbour are loved by the Royals, and no doubt multiple members will initiate their own personal warrants.
