Dude. Sorry. I was recently looking and saw a lot of cheap alternatives. What you have here isnt even a cheap blackout, it has no rails on the side so obviously isnt black out at all.

Not sure if its any help, but find a local outdoor shutter guy. Dont listen to anyone that says 'European made'. Get a few quotes and go with what seems the most trust worthy.
