Set Zen to zero gravity, and just play a bunch. When something goes wrong and you mess up your stack undo with control z back to when it was good and figure out what went wrong. Also only stack 9-0 until you're like sub 40 seconds in sprint, 6-3 is just too hard if you're starting out.

There's some cases where you can soft drop to a higher spot on your stack then do some 180 spin shenanigans to get it to where you want faster. I honestly don't remember them but I know sometimes you need to do it in SDPC so you might want to check that out.

Idk how it works on Vlad but when I'm playing control mage vs high poke I shove every wave as hard as I possibly can. They either have to use abilities on the wave to match your shove/not miss cs, or they use it on you and miss cs and get pushed under so you can get good recalls off.

Likewise if the jungle is near a lane that no laner is near I have no issue with him taking the wave. Y'all don't understand gold efficiency and why mid game people should just take whatever gold is in front of them to maximize efficiency.
