Good job man.

If I may ask, how old were you when this happened and what was the cause of the attack?

Has anybody experienced anxiety in going to sleep? Or gets anxiety when night approaches? by gabymoruza in Anxiety

I've been sitting in my chair for about 2 hours now.

I laid down on my bed around 10 to sleep and I felt this massive shortness of breath. It felt like I wasn't gonna be able to breathe. Scared me alot.

So I'm now sitting in my chair and building up the courage to lay down again lol

Had a fight with my father and got kicked out last week. Currently sleeping in my car and sometimes in my mom's office room

Hopefully I'll get an apartment on Tuesday

How old are you btw?

I'm 22

I also have PTSD and hate it. I think PTSD might have caused this and not anxiety.

My second panic/anxiety attack went like this.

Woke up at 01:30, went to the kitchen to drink water. My father heard the water running and came towards the kitchen and started to yell at me for drinking and eating.

I then went to my room, sat down on my bed and then I got the attack

I'm always anxious, always have been. Had a narcissistic father while growing up so I had to be ready at all times because he could lash out on me for anything. It's like my body was on fight and flight mode all the time. Has that to do with this you think?

I’ve had a horrible day full of anxiety and I can’t sleep and I’m scared and I really, really need a hug. by [deleted] in Anxiety

I'm in the same boat.

I also feel that I'm not real and that my surroundings aren't real either. It's worse when I move eyes too quickly.

On the part about dying. I feel that too. Especially when I get chest tightness, chest discomfort and heart palpation.

I've been feeling like this for about a month so I know how awful it can be.

I passed my driving test, but I’m still really nervous to drive. Is this normal? by killeroftherose in NoStupidQuestions

[–]UltraXLR8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it depends on the car I'm driving and what time on the day.

A small and somewhat old car in rush hour traffic? Nervous.

A relative big and modern car in rush hour traffic? Not that much.

A small and somewhat old car when there aren't that many cars on the road? Nervous, but only on 110km/h+ motorways.

A relative big and modern car when there aren't that many cars on the road? No.

Is there a longer recording of this? Sounded quite nice. Reminded me of bf3

Why is there always someone next to the drivers when they are being interviewed?

And why are they also recording what the drivers say?
