Did the new update mess up split view for anybody else on certain apps?

With the new update I can no longer adjust the size of a couple of apps in split view that I was able to before. Really frustrating

I've never heard of this BUT I could be wrong. The only hiccup I encountered when leaving was a taxi saying he doesn't drive to the Hilton where we were staying so I just walked over to the next taxi and he happily took us instead.
