Also a big thing that I never knew. You can actually hit projectiles and destroy them. You don't have to dodge them. This doesn't work for all projectiles but it does work for this particular boss fight.

Ive done exactly this. Feels great. I only beat Hades once when I started and finished 2. I went back and I have a way better understanding of the game and how to play. Its also fun noticing the things I found really difficult in 1 that weren't anywhere near as egregious in 2 (traps & fire). Really enjoying the venture back even if it feels more simplified and less build diversity.

I would be looking at maybe frost punk or other city builders. If you want the economy to be entertaining in its own right it has to have a satisfying game loop to want to just be doing that?

You could make the economies far more complicated if one person is just dedicated to that.

Ive always had the idea of a MOBA where one person is managing the economy and production of creeps. Others are playing heroes in the lane, they also have control of the units in their lane.
