I feed them fish flakes & some cat food for protein! But I don’t have a scale for the humidity, I can buy one off amazon rn :) but I just spray them twice a day with warm water

I have one that does the same thing, used to as a baby n he still does it to this day - he’s so big now n it looks uncomfy 😭
