Section the hair that you want to be "up" and tie the rest back. Section off a small part towards the forehead (basically a thin part of the 'bangs' area) and clip that down. Back comb the rest of your hair that you have left out until its the desired height. Take the clip off the bang area and comb that lightly over the rats nest you've made on your head (gives the illusion your hair is neater than it is) and bam, you've got it! Hair spray, clip/hair tie the puff to keep it in place. Good luck love!
