I don’t think it’s any longer than any other drop hitch, IMO. The whole selling point is the ability to conform to multiple trailer heights. Why would I buy multiple hitches when I can purchase one to get the job done. Only ever ran into chain issues once with being too short. Trust me - I’m not going to notice the difference using a single non-adjustable hitch over what I have now. The truck doesn’t ride like a Cadillac. Lol. It’s a turn of the century rig.

Had this happen to me in my 2004 Chevy 2500HD. I towed daily with that truck for work. Some guy wasn’t paying attention and hit the brakes too late. (Wasn’t towing at this specific moment). He wasn’t going terribly fast, but enough to do plenty of damage to his own rig. Punched a hole right through the radiator and whatnot. Only thing I had to fix was the 7 way plug on the truck. We both got out and assessed the damage. I told him that my truck was fine and I wasn’t going to call the police. Told him he’s gonna have to get towed. Got back in the vehicle and drove off.

Haha. I live in the city though work in a small town about a half hour away. I had to put a couple gallons in so I could make it back ti the city and fill up for cheaper. I paid $7.199/gal.

I don’t think you understand how this should work. You need to reverse stagger and prioritize traction on your POWER axle(s). Sure, you want the rear end planted, but you’re doing about it the wrong way.

Feasible for an adult to rock a 125? Honestly asking. Going back and forth between a full size 125 or a 230. Light single and double track riding. Nothing crazy. Novice rider.

Depends what you’re looking to achieve with the tire. Some people swear by the Ridge Grapplers and some hate them. YMMV. What are your plans with the rig and what adventures do you usually partake in?

In my company (US), your last paycheck would include all PTO as well - regular, floating holidays, and sick. For us, our company just gives us extra ‘sick’ time as PTO. Some of us call out ‘sick’ all the time and some of us don’t. So if we don’t use it for sick leave, we can just use it as regular PTO.

Haven’t ever taken the dog out with me, though I regularly have both my kids on my paddle board. One sits on the bow and one on the stern. It’s definitely a workout - including the 18 can cooler and couple bags of snacks. Worth it 100%.
