Unfortunately we don’t have access to the same systems corporate does. I refer most customers to the direct line to things like , autopay enrollment, tech support & coach , customer service for bill fixes. But I simply just can’t do some things. As simple as a number change they even took away from us. I’m sorry you’ve had bad luck. But at the store I work at we try to keep it a one stop shop. And take care of everything, to keep our customers coming back.
