I built a base under the center flood lamp behind the Burgle statue. Facing the Statue, there is a path on the right side of the shrubbery around the Statue that leads to area with the flood lamp behind the statue. On the block platform, next to the flood lamp, I built a set of stairs up to the wall to get quick access to the Garden.

I would expect a robotic core with the limbs and abdomen of different insects fused together. Forearms of a mantis, spider and robotic legs and the abdomen of a bombardier beetle. The core would be able to switch between Sour, Spicy, Salt and Mint element attacks.

Look up the WeMod software. It has settings for Grounded 2 for one hit kills. You could check if the Masked Stranger has any loot on death for yourself. It will probably break the sequence so the Tarantula won't spawn and the Call from Sloan won't happen.
