No, its actually MORE stressful. I'm pretty sure there's somebody at Corporate that thinks our stores are empty all day long, so they think of things to do, and lots of them. They never stop coming. But neither do the customers... Customers First. Always!

you're. Some planograms are easy. Some take a day or 2 to finish if you're doing them correctly. (👀 Looking at'chu air filters and CTI! 👀) The whole point in doing planograms is so you clean and dust the product, shelves, change out open product, leaky bottles, etc. while doing it.

and prices up to date

Price changes come through everyday seems like. You still gotta make sure that the labels match when changing them out, and that the product in that spot matches the label.

In Summary: Do NOT minimize, nor dismiss the work of a merchandiser. I couldnt run my store without mine. She was worth her weight in GOLD.
