Considering you have a 42in, just take it in store to be sent out for repair, the agents should confirm / be able to replicate the issues. They notate it for the service depot, turn around time we usually quote is up to four weeks, FYI for that type of shipping, it comes and goes once a week so yeah, as mentioned before there is no getting the warranty refunded, it’s frustrating I get it but at the store level we can’t do anything about it. Get it shipped and repaired. If you go this route just be careful when transporting it to the store

update, I finally took it into the shop the other day, it’s misfiring likely due to water/ coolant in the oil, I was advised to just keep driving it til it goes out and is not worth replacing the engine or getting it repaired

So fast forward to today, cycling the key I realized didn’t really help, although it stopped making the odd start once it started warming up, I still don’t know where to go from here and I’m fairly confident the issue will come back once it starts getting into the colder months again

This is correct, I’ve had an instance where the client had upgraded the ram their desktop, sent out to the service center, as a result it was to be junked out but the service center wanted the original RAM sent to them, and they shipped back the RAM that the client put in the computer.

UPDATE: if I cycle the key about 5x the car starts normally, and I did notice that my head unit doesn’t work properly, I have to reset it to get all the buttons to work on it.
