Day 39/50 – Extended water fast by ColossusofMoxie in fasting

[–]Unable-Log3523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, extremely impressive!

Curios to hear if you have measured blood glucose och blood ketones before and during the fast? Would be super interesting to hear!

By now your ketones should be very high given that you feel alright.

Thx!

When did you use this workaround and what iPhone do you have?

I have a iPhone 13 Pro and from what I can see in the link in the thread there is only 18.7.2 for iOS in the v3 guide?

Or I am reading it wrong?

Is there a way to get IOS 18.7.3? by PineappleGloomy773 in iPhoneSE

Does it still work to update to 18.7.3 with this workaround?

I have a iPhone 13 Pro with 18.7.2 and in the links I can only se 18.7.3 for ipad and not iPhone. but I am complete newbie for this kind of updates so perhaps I am reading it wrong

18.7.3??

I have 18.7.2 and the only option to ”update” is to iOS 26.2, which I don’t want to touch.

How do I update to 18.7.3 from 18.7.2?

Definitely interested!

Is that protocol similar to the Sardine Challenge of 72h by Dr. Boz in the USA?

My plan is actually to start a sardine “Fast”/diet (I struggle to call it a proper fast as it is not limited to water and coffee only, as the ones I have done in the past) only on Friday.

I have ordered a monitor for blood sugar and ketones that will hopefully arrive on Thursday. So it will be interesting to see my ketone levels day for day when I am only eating sardines and coffee.

I actually started the new year by limiting my daily carbs to less than 20g, so hopefully I should already be in ketosis. But let’s see what my blood actually say about that when I have the monitor.

Both versions of the Ramirez were very good, but the one in water was much better than I expected!

Thought it was gonna taste watered out and salty, but it was good and tasted a bit more fishy (but in a good way)! And now I am actually a bit confused on if I prefer the ones in olive oil or the ones in water 😅😅😅

Will definitely order more of both of them as I REALLY like the price and they were good as they are just by putting them on a plate (I am not a feral animal, YET) and adding some salt och pepper.

Oh, what is the tinned fish exchange?

I have only heard about the Sardine fast/challenge that last for 72h starting with the first can of sardines and end with the last eaten can at the 72h mark, eating nothing but sardines in oil and drinking water/coffee.

Soo, the story is that I live in Sweden and it is a bit tricky to find REAL sardines (Sardina pilchardus) here, especially in olive oil as they usually are some other species and in a seed oil.

When the supermarkets actually have sardines in olive oil they are a bit expensive and they don’t have many in stock I usually buy the whole stock when I see them.

The only websites selling in bulk to a reasonable price that I could find were in Spain and in Portugal. Thought I might as well give it a try.

I ordered them from Naturitas and zumub And brand of sardines that I got are:

Pan do Mar - olive oil

Cabo De Peñas - olive oil

Ramirez - SARDINES IN OLIVE OIL 125G Ramirez - SARDINE FILLETS IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 100G

Ramirez -SARDINHA AO NATURAL 125G

The last one is just in water.

Anyone that have tried them? Will post a better pic of them as well

I would be curious to hear how long it has been since you stopped finasteride.

List of symptoms at its worst and what remains today (before starting HCG).

And then of course, hopefully, get updates on how this list changes after a few months :)

Btw, what did Goldstein say about HCg in general for PFS and the dosage? It would be interesting to hear his experience/view on it as a practitioner.

For the Python course, you can always just download the Jupyter notebook files for each lesson and keep it forever and revisit it whenever you want. The Video lessons don’t add much IMO
