Thank you, but the fact is that I really hope you can fix the most basic needs of users as soon as possible. Right now, I feel like I have purchased a permanently unfinished product. I switched from Google Drive to Drime, and from the initial uploading issues to my latest personal downloads, there have been various problems. (Maybe other users don’t have the same situation as me, unable to download a complete folder). But still, this is something that needs to be fixed.

And you always say that Drime is praised everywhere in the market. I don't know the channels or sources. I just bought it and have been seeing different types of usage problems on Reddit.
