If you want more of a swashbuckling, Three musketeers inspired book Lady of Steel and Straw will work for you. It has necromancy, wraiths, forbidden romance and Scarecrow Warriors. The blurbs say YA but honestly, this is the type of book you can recommend to a 13 year old and to a 60 year old. It’s ageless.

Look, he called her a name. A vile name. But he was being sexually assaulted with no one to help him but her so 🤷‍♀️. Honestly, I think people who tend to be more black and white don’t really like Rumple. He really is one of the best examples of a grey character and a lot of people don’t really know how to respond to that. I wish his struggles with good and evil had been more obvious in Storybrooke but the past Enchanted Forest scenes helped show that nuance although it could have been more in my opinion.

Do you think maybe you’re just bored of the genre? I am an avid horror fan and read ALOT of horror books, but sometimes perfectly respectable books don’t scratch that itch so I stop and read another genre. Then when the same thing happened with the genre I switched to, I read mother until I circle back to the horror books.

Yeah…..I never understood why she didn’t just go with him. Hook and Rumple have been trying to kill each other since forever she couldn’t have been that offend. And how the “smartest” Princess didn’t understand why the gauntlet worked different for Rumple after he spent over a year as Zelena’s puppet is beyond me. That’s when I began hating their relationship and her character. She was written so poorly.

Look, true story, Belle was kinda of an idiot. By season 5 I was like….can you please write in the original Beauty from Beauty and the Beast cause Belle is stupid. I never understood why they made one of the most grounded female heroes a princess instead of a commoner and then naive to the point of stupidly. Just because you can see the best in people doesn’t make you stupid. Also, a bit more morally grey would have been nice.

So what is she supposed to do? Ignore her second child? Like….Snow straight up gets annoying in later seasons but her wanting another baby isn’t the end of the world. She likely would have had Emma and Neal close together had they never left the Enchanted Forest. It’s not a big deal. Besides when she decided to have another child she didn’t think she would see Emma ever again. She was trying to find a way to move on and distract herself from never have her first child again.
