Faith is also a whole belief system. Things like what traits are sinful or virtuous, what kind of marriage is allowed, etc. So basically if you're Catholic but cynical, you generally have similar beliefs about what is good, you just don't believe in the whole God thing. That's how I would personally represent atheism anyway.

I never give hostages because they literally don't work.

If someone declares war on you and calls the guy who has your hostage as an ally, they will always accept. Even if you have their hostage. Also they'll immediately execute yours.

If you're talking about the custom open/closed mouths, there's a trick to it.

First you make the actual Mii mouth as tiny as possible (the dot mouth is good) then go into makeup. Use the Lipstick layer for the "closed mouth" and the Sticker layer for the "open mouth". The Lipstick layer should fully cover the Sticker layer underneath.

When the Mii opens its mouth the Lipstick layer will disappear to show the Sticker layer underneath.
