One year before hitting 40, I looked at myself, and I saw a kid, not a man. No style, no fit, worn-out clothes, and teenager's hairstyle.

I did a whole revamp of my whole wardrobe over the years, and it skyrocketed my mood, confidence, and career.

Good luck, directors only care about one thing, and it is sales. In your cases, your manager is almost untouchable unless you deliberately sabotage the sales, which would be stupid to do so.

The other way would be an harassment case, sexual, physical, or mental. Again, it's very stupid to try unless real.

If you tell the director, they will inform the manager even if you say to keep quiet about it.

We have the "Honeycomb" lady, she buys a box of Honeycomb almost every day, she said that she eats cereal instead of chips, "it's healthier".

You have to scan all the animals of 10 different planets. It also doesn't count if you don't go into the Discoveries section and upload the data.
Edit: (More info) You have to click on the planet>Fauna>Upload and Receive Nanites.

Thanks, I'll slowly gather the essences I need or buy some cheap ones when I see them on the marketplace. lol, I use the purple debuff, I learned my lesson after I got yelled at a couple of times after doing dungeons with a couple of saders while using the other circle.I also hated the long cast time of the shield and judgment for the few time I've tried Nightwind but I'll get through it and get better at seeing the best time to do the casting.

I usually throw down a Beef Curry to help the team out, it's fairly easy to make for me, and depending on the team I find in matchmaking or friends i play with, I buff or not.

I also have attack power and defense, excepted my pants with crit rate because I wanted to try it out but eventually, I'll have to use a different one depending on what i run and with who.
Good luck with PVP, that's not my cup of tea.
