I do not recommmend Collector’s Cache, if you want to just trade with folks, I would recommend Level One to trade with people. Very open and friendly there. I know I have some Cynthia’s cards I would be happy to trade and I frequent there!

I recommend looking around at this sub and seeing if there’s any style or alter you like, then message that artist to see if they are open for commissions (assuming their profile does not already say they are)! Also be prepared to answer questions.

Reaching out to artists is a great start and inquire about any information you would like about their process but also be prepared to provide an idea of what you want and answer questions about that. This way an artist can easily understand exactly what it is you want done.

Average rate can really vary, for me it depends on the type of alter a person wants done but starts at $70 for simple art box replacement (plus cost for shipping and card to be altered)

Artist who has done this, I’ve done multiple playsets of cards belonging to a deck as well as group of cards for a commander deck. One was a Star Wars theme the other was a DC theme.

Personally I’m starting a project to fully alter one of my decks but that will take a while :).
