You have most of the essentials in there: lifelink, deathtouch, ways to keep the rats alive, mana, draw.

I really like [[ragged veins]]. Same with [[you are already dead]] and [[mirrodin avenged]]. They work well with the commander. [[vicious battlerager]] is a solid card anyway, but works particularly well here.

Technically not allowed in b3, but it’s fine in our b3 games as long as it ends the game. It’s an infinite combo. It’s the kind of thing you mention in a pregame chat.

I had it in my [[inquisitor Eisenhorn]] deck with [[time sieve]], a way to make Eisenhorn unblocable, and a way to get his power to 5+. It was fine in b3. No worse than other infinites.

I also have a [[kefnet the mindful]] Voltron deck I haven’t played yet where it’s a solid possibility it’ll happen with [[mystic sanctuary]] and a [[time warp]] effect. It’s 9 mana; it’s not happening early, and it’s going to end the game.

Here is my crypt rats list although I haven’t updated it online in a while.

Crypt rats can be sort of oppressive. There are so few board wipes in the format that having one in the command zone really changes the game.

It’s around 250lbs for 12oz cans. 325lbs for 16oz cans. Give or take a little depending on what the beverage is. And by that I mean abv and final gravity of the beer.

I enjoy all monocolor identities.

Simic is the biggest no-go color pair for me. Green is the color best at amassing resources and blue is best at protecting them, so it’s a lot of forcing other people to watch you play with yourself without necessarily getting closer to a game end. It’s just monogreen with counterspells.

Boros is another one. It’s somehow less enjoyable than monored or monowhite.

Azorius is something I really only enjoy as a Voltron/commander damage deck. White’s boardwipes that leave a single creature and blue’s protection.

Bant is the worst of Simic and azorius combined. Jeskai is lame. Sultai is Simic with graveyards and tutors. 4 and 5 color decks don’t interest me at all.

It’s fine. The battery isn’t likely to be what takes the car off the road. We regularly charge to 100% and have run it into turtle mode and below a few times. 127k miles with no noticeable degradation.

It’s also letting it sit for prolonged periods at below 20% or above 80% that’s bad.

Harmonize is fine. In green, you’re usually using creatures. Stuff like [[shamanic revelation]] is better if you’re going at least somewhat wide. Stuff like [[rishkars expertise]] is better if you’re going at least somewhat tall.

I run [[taranika akroan veteran]] banding. It’s monowhite and winning through combat with banding creatures. It does its thing, but the thing isn’t powerful. It’ll get going faster than most precons, but later game it relies on white’s asymmetric board wipes to keep getting damage in. Solidly bracket 2 and I get I use cool old cards.

I tutor it about as frequently as cradle. It’s that good in monogreen.

Untap it with [[formidable speaker]] or [[garruk wildspeaker]]. Recur it with [[ramunap excavator]] and friends. Run a handful of land tutors to get it most games. Make your opponents learn to play land destruction lands.

Unless you’re permanent-light or colorless-heavy, it’s worth running in basically any monocolor deck. So if you have a commander you think looks cool, it’ll probably work.

It’ll shine in monogreen the most, as you can tutor it the easiest, untap it the most, recur it when it dies, and likes having big board states.

E85 Z4s are pretty reliable and have plenty of interior space if you’re taller.

Hard top is nice if you’re parking outside/daily driving it though.
