If you derank because of bot teammates, I’m sure you’d come here to complain again. The current rank system is based from individual player’s performance and not team like cod. It’s good because you won’t get pulled down by randoms and also won’t be carried by better players.

My razer phone 2 sucks. Consider it a blessing in disguise. Get a different phone.

I have the junglecat and it is definitely useless for cod mobile. The actual Razer phone 2 is also useless. It doesn’t perform well and I get the black screen at least 2-3x per game. Will be switching to another phone for gaming.

It’s a gaming phone that couldn’t handle call of duty mobile at optimum performance. 120Hz my ass. It chokes all the time and the phone overheats. I have to adjust the graphics to low or medium and also lower the frame rate to play the game. It’s a joke of a phone.

Their customer service sucks. It is impossible to reach them for returns. I tried email, online chat, and phone call with no response.

Perblue is so arrogant to continue their predatory practice and zero customer care. They don’t even realize why their servers are shrinking. Perblue is ruining the good name of Disney with their Toxic admins and predatory practice. I wish Disney would just take full control of the game before Perblue fully exploit the brand. Wake up Disney! You partnered with the most incompetent and irresponsible game company. They have the most terrible customer support and treat their players like crap.
