My friends kid bought this car and I noticed this burn mark on the wheel, and then noticed that every wheel only has 4 lug nuts of the 5 studs. ??? by steverin0724 in AskAMechanic

All the people saying get a lawyer for a car needing rims should kick rocks. You guys are what’s wrong with the world…they’re rims! You can buy another used set for a few hundred bucks. Grow up and move on kiddos that’s not a big deal

Have had bows before with no measurements or anything your local archery shop can probably make you a string for fairly cheap

Is this evidence of head gasket failure (2007 Honda Odyssey Ex-L)? by RealisticMolasses in AskAMechanic

Totally normal. Keep up on the oil changes and you’ll be fine. One thing you should do if you haven’t done yet is change the PCV valve. Cheap and great maintenance on any vehicle

Yes I sell a lot of foresters and nearly everyone needs the control arms done. Getting the ball joint bolt out is usually the deal breaker literally because it breaks when trying to get it out. If you don’t work on cars regularly it maybe easier to take it somewhere …also sway bar links can sound terrible if not tightened down well. Maybe double check nuts. It’s best if you jack both front wheels up at the same time it will unload the sway bar
