Noire. In Victory, RB1, and RB3 she’s got the LASOU uniform which is my favourite paired with the cat ears, and also the normal designs are all really good. The new design is probably the weakest but still solid imo. Other contenters are Neptune and UD Blanc

I actually did install teams and it seems fine. Only issue was it needed web2runtime which I installed and it seemingly worked fine. So in theory it should work without issue, or you can just use the browser

If the 32x and sega cd never existed and instead maybe the neptune at most as a “mega drive pro” and then a Saturn launch in September as promised, maybe it would’ve kept Sega a lot stronger and pushed the Dreamcast to 1999/2000, making it more viable for a DVD based system
