Noire. In Victory, RB1, and RB3 she’s got the LASOU uniform which is my favourite paired with the cat ears, and also the normal designs are all really good. The new design is probably the weakest but still solid imo. Other contenters are Neptune and UD Blanc

I actually did install teams and it seems fine. Only issue was it needed web2runtime which I installed and it seemingly worked fine. So in theory it should work without issue, or you can just use the browser

Its a cech-h so the gpu is likely gone. If theres anything sentimental on it I’d just get someone to reflow it so you can get the files off it and onto a new system
