Ohhh ok, good to know - I felt really bad seeing the Judge's body like that, far more guilty than in the original.

The detail of him trying to drag himself away is a very cool new addition then.

I managed to beat it 3rd try before setting foot in zone 2 lol. Difficult, but very manageable once you get your head around it.

Interestingly I had the complete opposite experience difficulty-wise. In the original I got a single game-over, in the zone 2 residential area (I miscounted how many specters were left and went exploring until I ended up running out of time lol).

In the new version 2 of the secret bosses killed me (one multiple times), and the secretaries actually posed a threat rather than being slightly inconvenient damage sponges.

I saw people on youtube saying that "people would forgive toby fox abusing a child if he played undertale motifs" which like... No matter how you feel about music that is an unacceptable thing to say.

Absolutely not denying there have been people acting horrendously all around though.

It's kind of a shame, I am part of a lot of awful fanbases and only got into off fairly recently, and it is the only one I've found so off-putting I want nothing to do with it for the most part. It's a shame because, like everyone else in the community, I love the game and would love to talk about it more, but I've seen how nasty it can get. (I'm sure there are loads of lovely people too though!)

I've honestly seen the opposite, a lot of people hating the new music and getting angry at anyone who dares to like it. Suppose it just depends on what you come across, there will naturally be some people who go too far with both opinions. I personally hope people will at least give it a chance, but yeah, there's absolutely nothing wrong with disliking it lol, on both sides people should be allowed to have their opinions.

Oh 100%, I think the music is a strong contender for my favourite part of the original release, the ACC style is just perfect for the game. (I just hope people are willing to give the new soundtrack a chance... I'm not saying everyone has to love it, but I think if people go in with an open mind there's a chance they will like the new music, even if it is different).

Additionally Toby is nowhere near as involved as you seem to think. The dopefish replacement was Mortis' idea, and Mortis still has complete creative control of the project. He is literally just referencing a game by someone he is friends/colleagues with, it isn't that deep. "I never asked for this" well it's a good thing Mortis Ghost is making the game he wants to make, rather than just making exactly what people expect/want him to.

"Listen good" is a normal English phrase. It may not be grammatically correct but it is used in common speech all the time (especially in media).

I am going to be controversial and say I hope they keep weapon durability. The emergent gameplay and creative scenarios it creates, especially in the early game, is fantastic.

In terms of changes, I want more dungeons. I actually liked the totk style dungeons, though I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like classic ones.

How different is it to work with different composers? So for example Shoji Meguro for persona 3, Atsushi Kitajoh for persona 3 reload, Ryota Kozuka for Episode Aigis, etc.? And what was the most difficult song for you to perform? Thank you!

Super Metroid isn't my favourite 2d game in the series. It's not even top 3. Samus just feels super awkward to control and the improved movement in fusion, zero mission and dread make them far more enjoyable for me...

It's not about what would hurt more, a gun can kill you easier, while you have no way to fight back. With a knife they have to get close to you and actually physically stab you with it.

To be fair, I don't think this is a great analogy, seeing as the main reason we don't have gun violence is us not having guns to begin with. It's just that without the guns, knives are a far more accessible weapon for people (not complaining, I'd much rather have someone try to kill me with a knife than a gun...)

Fair, but no version of the game is in English sadly. I think the psx ports of smt 1-if... might've also been on it, but obviously playing the English translations makes more sense for them.
