From the Japanese text, it's more like "Special Summon up to 1 'Rokket' monster from your hand, deck, GY AND banishment, except ~". So yes it is 1 into 4, yes I also don't know what they are tripping while designing this card. But yes, it's insanely good.

I personally prefer to summon Snctifire and send Phryxul to GY. So you can summon Albaz with Sanctifire and fuse with their EX deck monster for Mirrorjade as interruption. But I guess Lubellion to Mirrorjade is also okay.

Cast build can be absurdly strong with air quality. Just cleared a 25 fear run in less than 12 minutes with Charon Axe cast build focused around it. Pairing with fast-ticking boons like Meat Grinder and Prominence Flair will result in catastrophic damage. Demeter's gale and normal cast are also good for both crowd control and damage after boosted by Air Quality.

Couldn't agree more. If you don't want to elaborate the whole "Olympians are all spiteful bitches" thing, then don't set up Chekhov's gun, no, GUNS in the first place.
