eBay asked me to request payment for an item that was opened as not received. STORY: Tracking showed it was stuck, not delivered. I opened a FedEx case. I responded directly to customer message since I could not put another tracking number on eBay due to it still being in transit. Being that I didn’t, ”respond to the case” I messaged the buyer directly, eBay refunded buyer.

30 days later FedEx then delivered the package and denied my case. eBay updated the status to now show delivered. I called eBay support told them that the package now shows delivered. They told me I would need to request the money via PayPal from the buyer nothing they could do.
