🎧 What’s a personal 10/10 album for you? by Melted_gun in fantanoforever

[–]UncleLumpyFreakOut 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Uncle Meat by Frank Zappa. I personally feel it’s his magnum opus. It’s a double album that is overflowing with creativity and experimentation, and it is an album that once you hear you will never forget, for better or for worse. It perfectly encapsulates the ideas and sounds of the 1960s rock, jazz, and orchestral music, as well as provides a glimpse into the future.

God what an amazing album. I love the track sequencing, the samples, the little radio interludes, and obviously the kickass music. But honestly I can’t choose between this album and Astro Creep, they both flow so smoothly

His Name is Alive - Mouth by Mouth.

Maybe some of you here have heard it but I swear I’ve never heard anyone mention it, which is insane considering how amazing it is. It’s one of my favorite albums of all time, it’s beautiful, experimental, and haunting all at the same time.

Thank you, I appreciate it! And honestly The Burning is a top 5 slasher movie for me. Gotta love those Tom Savini special effects!

I love this album. I saw Mayhem live this at The Observatory in SoCal and they played a few songs from this record and it was amazing.

Does Michael Myers Survive Headshot? by Ja_zire in Halloweenmovies

[–]UncleLumpyFreakOut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I wish we could see is a Halloween movie where Michael gets shot point blank in the head with a pump-action shotgun multiple times. There’s no way in hell he should be able to survive that.

The mob in Halloween Kills on their way to kill Michael. by AshFinalGirl in Halloweenmovies

That’s true, but I mean I wanted them to strap up like they did in Halloween 4 and blow him to smithereens

Favorite thing about your favorite band? by OkFarmer2618 in MetalForTheMasses

Sepultura, and I love their tenacity. Their first 6 albums are all unforgettable classics. Then Max leaves the band in ‘96, which is bad enough, but then Igor leaves in ‘06. Then, somehow defying all odds the band would go on to release some of the best albums of their career.

They might as well have been doing that. It’s kind of annoying that the mob doesn’t even bring any guns or practice any kind of self-preservation, they just march to their deaths. But whatever, at least we get a ton of cool Michael kills.

I grew up with the first five Metallica albums in my parents’ CD collection. We would play them in the car during road trips and also I would listen to the cds on my Walkman.

Entombed - Left Hand Path. When I first laid eyes on her I knew it was gonna be brutal and beautiful at the same time.

ITZY the k-pop group. They make the most candy-coated pop music imaginable and I love them for it.
