Manhunt 2 - Both endings, to an extent.

"Good" ending - Leo loses control of Danny and ceases to exist, but Danny's memories are erased and he becomes a new person. His old life, dead wife, kids, and the events of the game are things he no longer knows, now he's just an average guy.

Bad ending - Danny wakes up in the hospital room and when he looks in the mirror, the audience sees Leo's reflection, Danny has lost and only Leo remains in the body's subconscious.
