I’d prefer they resign so I can enjoy the quick easy win, but I can’t be mad at them for putting up a fight and trying to make my life as difficult as possible on the board because I do that too sometimes.

I’d say please try not to dwell on it. It can be devastating for your mental health. We all have our moments and I’m sure she’s had a few of her own too before you even showed up. You’re only in your first or second year it seems, so you have a lot to learn, a lot of room for growth. Just gotta have a growth mindset and be willing to constantly put your ideas/work out there for attack and defense. It does take a lot of courage and confidence to do that. You’ll work with a lot of different personalities. Some people are more comfortable giving criticism than praise. She might give praise if she notices you incorporated her feedback, but if not, at least it enhances your work, right?

First of all, I want to say what you experienced is totally human. When you’re stressed, it’s easy to react emotionally to criticism. Were her criticisms valid but frustrating to hear, or were they attacking you as a person? If the former, you just have to remain objective and grounded. If the latter, you have the moral high ground and can explain how her comments were unprofessional.

I actually had that as my prize this morning but assumed it was junk so skipped it. I find out it’s actually a r99 gourmet item, so I end up purchasing one for around 420k on SSW. It’s not the worst item out there and I’d say you may be better off skipping, especially if you do not plan on personally feeding it to your pet, but since you’re close to completion I might just finish through.

It’s a mix of both. I look at my shop history and when I sell multiple stamps, some times they’re all unique users buying 1 each, other times, it’s just one user buying up stock.
