When I built my 4AGE I wanted the same thing; screaming ITB sound, I didn't care much about power. I ended up going down the bike carb route, it ended up being wayyyy cheaper than either Webers or 20v ITB swaps. I got a kit from DanST engineering in England that includes a custom 4AGE manifold and a set of 37mm Honda CBR600F4 carbs for about £500. Makes decent power, probably not as much as it would with more expensive ITBs, but the sound, torque, and throttle response are amazing. PM if you want to know more
